At Yum Stitch, every single item is unique and made-to-order (cooked fresh just for you!). Because your gear is printed specifically for your order, our return policy differs from standard big-box retail stores.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error (e.g., a printing issue), we will happily make it right with a free reprint or a full refund.
Timeframe: You must contact the "Kitchen" within 30 days of delivery.
What to do: Simply send us a clear photo showing the issue—no need to ship the damaged item back to us!
Multiple Items: If there is a recurring issue with multiple items, please provide one photo showing all affected garments in a single frame.
👕 Wrong Size or "Change of Mind"
Because every product is produced specifically for your order the moment you check out, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you chose the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Chef’s Tip: Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order! Our Comfort Colors 1717 tees have a relaxed, vintage fit that you're going to love—as long as you pick the right size.
🎨 Print Placement & Industry Standards
Please note that for premium printed apparel, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are industry standard and are not considered defects. These slight variations are part of the unique, "crafted" feel of your garment.
