Once your order has finished "Cooking Up" (2–5 business days), here is when you can expect it to arrive at your door:

United Kingdom	2 – 30 Business Days
Australia	3 – 6 Business Days
Canada	2 – 30 Business Days
Europe (Germany, France, Spain, etc.)	2 – 30 Business Days
New Zealand	5 – 10 Business Days
Rest of the World	10 – 30 Business Days

 

Shipping Times ("Delivery")

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery times vary by location. We always aim for the "Fresh & Fast" route, but international shipping can vary:

USA: Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days.

Oceania (AU/NZ): Expect arrival within 3–10 business days.

UK & Europe: While many items arrive in under 6 days, please allow up to 30 business days for certain regional carriers.

International: For the rest of the world, please allow 10–30 business days.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update as it moves through the kitchen to the carrier.

Split Packages If you order multiple items (like a mug and a t-shirt), they may be "cooked" in different parts of our kitchen and shipped separately to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens!
