Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

Product Accuracy:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our products are printed on demand using ink-to-fabric technology, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer or phone screen depending on your device's display settings and the fabric material.

Modifications:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, without notice.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, artwork, collection names, and other creative materials, including our “Cooking Up 70s Vibes” and Yumstitch collections, is the property of Yumstitch unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You acknowledge that our products may be produced, printed, packaged and/or shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.

While we work with these partners to maintain appropriate quality standards, production and delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

We will nevertheless handle customer concerns in accordance with our applicable Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any rights provided to you under applicable law.
